NEXTFRAME™ Coaching Terms and Conditions

Welcome to NEXTFRAME™ Coaching. By accessing or using our services, website, coaching programs, tools, templates, or content (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our Services.
1. Scope of Services
NEXTFRAME™ Coaching provides personal, executive, and performance coaching, digital templates, online resources, and related services designed to support your growth and transformation. Services may be delivered via one-on-one sessions, group programs, live or recorded events, Notion dashboards, digital downloads, or email correspondence.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement. By engaging with our Services, you affirm that you meet these criteria.
3. Coaching Relationship
Our coaching model is structured as a collaborative, non-therapeutic, future-oriented process. Coaching does not constitute professional mental health counseling or medical advice. You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.
4. Payment Terms
Fees for coaching services, programs, or products are due in advance unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, and direct bank transfer. All payments are non-refundable except where a money-back guarantee is explicitly offered.
5. Scheduling and Cancellations
Coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be forfeited without refund at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, methods, templates, and materials provided under the NEXTFRAME™ Coaching brand are proprietary intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our content without explicit written consent.
7. Confidentiality
We uphold the confidentiality of your personal and professional information. However, confidentiality may be breached if required by law or if there is a perceived risk of harm to yourself or others.
8. Results Disclaimer
While our coaching is designed for performance transformation, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Results depend on your effort, commitment, and implementation.
9. Program Access and Duration
Access to any digital programs, templates, or downloadable resources is subject to the time limits stated in your specific package. Continued access may be revoked in cases of non-compliance with this Agreement.
10. Community Conduct
If you participate in our group calls, community platforms, or events, you agree to engage respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or disruption will result in removal without refund.
11. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall NEXTFRAME™ Coaching, its team, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Services in the previous 90 days.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of substantial changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NEXTFRAME™ Coaching operates.
